These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BuildTogether.ai’s website, consulting services, AI solutions, automations, workflows, dashboards, agentic systems, and any related products. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using BuildTogether.ai, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and are authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Scope of services

BuildTogether.ai provides AI consulting, workflow automation, system design, strategic discovery, dashboards, internal intelligence layers, and agentic solutions. Services may include strategy sessions, SOP creation, implementation support, technical builds, and ongoing optimisation.

The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or service agreements shared with clients.

3. Client responsibilities

To allow us to deliver services, you agree to.

• Provide accurate information during discovery and onboarding
• Supply necessary documents, access credentials, datasets, APIs, or internal processes
• Ensure all materials you provide comply with applicable laws and do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Maintain responsibility for final business decisions influenced by outputs from any AI system we build

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement:

• All custom workflows, agents, dashboards, SOPs, and system designs built specifically for you become your property upon full payment
• BuildTogether.ai retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, internal tools, code libraries, and processes used during the project
• You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use such pre-existing materials only as embedded within your deliverables
• You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary frameworks as standalone products without written permission

5. Use of AI systems

AI outputs may vary and can sometimes produce unexpected or incomplete results. You acknowledge that.

• AI generated insights should be reviewed by your team before acting on them
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any automated outputs
• BuildTogether.ai is not liable for business, financial, operational, or regulatory decisions made solely based on AI outputs

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non public information shared during the engagement. This includes datasets, internal documents, technical architectures, strategy materials, and business processes. Confidential information must not be shared with third parties without written consent.

7. Payments and fees

Project fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are defined in the proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments must be made within the agreed invoicing timeline
• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery
• Deposits are non refundable once work begins
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees

8. Data use and client content

If you provide data, documents, or system access for project execution.

• You grant BuildTogether.ai permission to use the material solely for the purpose of delivering services
• You confirm you have lawful rights to provide this data
• All client data remains your property
• Upon written request, we will delete your materials after project completion, except where retention is required for legal or administrative purposes

9. Third party tools and integrations

Projects may involve the use of third party platforms, APIs, AI models, workflow engines, or cloud services. You acknowledge that:

• Third party providers may have their own terms and privacy practices
• BuildTogether.ai is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these providers
• Any ongoing subscription fees for third party tools are your responsibility unless specified otherwise

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BuildTogether.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses, revenue impact, data loss, downtime, or system decisions arising from the use of AI
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim

11. No guarantee of performance

AI systems, automations, and workflow tools cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Performance may vary based on your data, operations, and technical environment. All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to any conditions in the contract or statement of work. Upon termination:

• You must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any outstanding materials or access credentials must be revoked or returned
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

13. Changes to terms

BuildTogether.ai may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
